When you request a quote, Wood ‘N’ Floors collects the details you provide: your name, contact details, location, flooring requirement, project description and preferred contact method. This information is used only to respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested work.
Where your information is kept
Valid enquiries are stored in the website’s secure lead database with a unique reference and time of submission. Access is limited to the business and website management for the purpose of responding to your request and maintaining the enquiry record.
Notifications and email relay
The website sends a private notification to the Manus project owner when an enquiry is saved and attempts to send your enquiry details to Mark at the business’s email address using Resend, a third-party transactional email provider. Your name, contact details and project information are included so the business can respond. These messages are not used for marketing. Email delivery may fail; the enquiry record is kept independently in the database.

You can ask about the information held in relation to your enquiry, or ask for it to be corrected or removed where appropriate, by emailing markcraggsr1@hotmail.co.uk. Please include enough detail for us to identify your enquiry.
